Farming on Polygon Guideline with Moonfarm

Following the success of BSC, we are pleased to announce to users that Polygon will be the next chain to be integrated into Moonfarman finance’s multichain system. This article will help you how to deposit or withdraw MATIC or USDT in the Polygon chain.

Polygon has seen explosive growth in the last few months with over $10B in the total value of assets locked and many Defi projects already being utilized in protocols like Aave and Sushiswap. This clearly shows demand for Yield Farming and together with Polygon, we can help grow that footprint substantially.

How to deposit MATIC to Moonfarm?

1. Sign up for Moonfarm Finance. Details: medium
2. At logged-in Moonfarm app interface. Select “My wallets” section, copy your Moonfarm MATIC wallet address.

1. If you already have MATIC in your wallet, otherwise MATIC can be purchased on many exchanges at the moment. But at this time Moonfarm finance only supports BEP20 and Polygon network for deposit.

• If you have MATIC on the BEP20 network: you can deposit from your wallet straight to Moonfarm using the BEP20 network.
• If you have MATIC on the Polygon network: you can also deposit straight to Moonfarm using the Polygon network.
• If you have MATIC on the ERC20 network: There are two ways that users can deposit to Moonfarm:
• Option 1 (use Binance): deposit MATIC to Binance that using ERC20 first then withdraw to Moonfarm using the BEP20 network.
• Advantages: easy to use; familiar to people.

After having MATIC on Binance → Go to the “wallet” section → Select “Withdraw” to transfer MATIC to Moonfarm.

Choose “BEP20” network → Enter the Moonfarm wallet address that you copied, your amount of MATIC → Select “Withdraw”. Your MATIC will be received on Moonfarm Finance after 2 minutes.

• Option 2 (Use Polygon Wallet): swap MATIC or ETH on ERC20 network to MATIC on Polygon network → withdraw to Moonfarm address using Polygon network from your Metamask.
• Advantages: easy to use; lower fee than BEP20.

After swap MATIC to your wallet → Add Polygon network on Metamask (details: add MATIC to Metamask → Select “Polygon” network → Select “MATIC” and transfer MATIC to Moonfarm copied address using Polygon network.

How to farm Polygon assets?

1. After receiving MATIC on Moonfarm. Users can now participate in farming on Moonfarm Finance for higher APR than anywhere by selecting the “Yield Farming” section. Choose “MATIC pool” → Choose % you want to stake → Press “Stake”.

How to swap and withdraw from BSC to Polygon network.

1. Go to “Moon Swap” section → select the token you want to swap, BNB as an example. Choose MATIC or USDT on the opposite site → select “swap”. MATIC or USDT will be swapped and sent straight to “My Wallets”.

1. When you’re done swapping → Go back to “My Wallets”, choose to withdraw MATIC or USDT → The system will let you choose to withdraw by 2 networks (BEP20 or Polygon) → choose “Polygon”. The withdrawal fee will be calculated at 0.5% of the total withdrawal amount → Select “submit”
